Groom commits suicide on his wedding day in front of guests in China

In the Chinese city of Xunyang, a tragedy occurred - the groom committed suicide right on his wedding day. The man ran out of the restaurant where the celebration was taking place and committed suicide in front of the guests, reports the publication Sohu, the translation of which is published by aif.ru.

Before this, as witnesses note, the groom cried.

According to the media, the families of the groom and bride now blame each other for what happened. The girl's father stated that he initially did not want to give his daughter to the deceased, although he paid a generous dowry.

"He transferred a dowry of about 188,000 yuan (approximately 2.2 million rubles) to the bride's family, and also bought a house in Xunyang and a car for her," the publication says.

After the tragedy, the man's body was sent to his hometown for burial. The bride refused to make any comments.
