Famous blogger named the scariest city in Europe

Ukrainian travel blogger Alexey Shevtsov, better known as itpedia, shared his contradictory impressions of his trip to Naples - a city in southern Italy - on his YouTube channel.

According to Shevtsov, upon arrival he was immediately alarmed by the poor condition of the city's infrastructure and the general neglected state of the famous Italian city. Among the downsides, he noted the massive pollution of streets, shabby buildings, and a large number of graffiti on walls.

"Without exaggeration, Naples is one of the scariest and most neglected cities I have seen in all my travels," the blogger admitted.

Shevtsov spent about two weeks in Naples, during which he couldn't understand: "How is this possible in a European Union country?" Nevertheless, towards the end of his trip, he got used to the city's shortcomings and, despite the garbage and neglect, was charmed by Naples' historical attractions and unique architecture.
