Erdogan expressed condolences over the victims of the helicopter crash in Qatar

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan expressed condolences to the families of those killed in the helicopter crash in Qatar.

He wrote about this on his page on the social network X.

"I learned with deep sorrow about the death of servicemen of the Turkish Armed Forces, ASELSAN employees, as well as servicemen of the Qatar Armed Forces as a result of a helicopter crash in Qatar. I express my condolences to the families of the deceased, wish them patience, and also ask the Almighty to grant mercy to our heroes and the soldiers of brotherly Qatar. My condolences to our country, our people, and the people of Qatar," Erdogan noted.

It should be noted that as a result of the helicopter crash in the country's territorial waters, four servicemen of the Qatar Armed Forces, one serviceman of the Turkish Armed Forces, and two employees of a Turkish company were killed.
