Billionaire predicted the apocalypse and named a possible antichrist

American billionaire and entrepreneur Peter Thiel delivered a series of four lectures in San Francisco, in which he speculated about an allegedly impending apocalypse. According to The Guardian, during his presentations he also named people whom he considers possible candidates for the role of the Antichrist.

According to Thiel, the Antichrist may already be among us. Among the potential candidates, he mentioned American blogger Eliezer Yudkowsky - the author of the fanfic "Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality" and founder of the Machine Intelligence Research Institute, which advocates for a ban on research in the field of artificial intelligence.

The billionaire called Swedish eco-activist Greta Thunberg a "legionnaire of the Antichrist."

He also noted that Chinese President Xi Jinping possesses many qualities inherent to the Antichrist; however, in Thiel's opinion, he is already too old for this role.

At the same time, the entrepreneur excluded Microsoft founder Bill Gates from the list of possible candidates.
