American Woman Trusted ChatGPT and Won the Lottery
In the US, a woman won $100,000 in a lottery using a combination of numbers generated by ChatGPT. This was reported by UPI.
A 45-year-old Michigan resident named Tammy Carvi decided to buy a lottery ticket last month when the state lottery jackpot exceeded one billion dollars. To choose the numbers, she turned to ChatGPT and used the combination it suggested for her online bet.
In the drawing held on September 6, Tammy correctly guessed four white balls and the Powerball number. Her winnings amounted to $50,000, but thanks to the activated "Power Play" option, the amount doubled to $100,000.
According to the woman, at first she couldn't believe her luck.
"My husband and I were in complete shock," the American said.
Tammy plans to use the money to pay off her mortgage and deposit the remaining amount into a bank account.
