This was told by Oleg Morunov, a candidate of medical sciences, assistant of the department of polyclinic therapy at the Institute of Clinical Medicine of the Pirogov University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to RIA Novosti, the doctor primarily recommends restoring water balance. According to him, after the holidays, you should drink clean warm water in small sips throughout the day.
The specialist also advised to temporarily give up fatty, spicy and smoked foods, which create an additional load on the gastrointestinal tract and liver.
In addition, according to Morunov, during the recovery period, it is useful to include moderate physical activity - walks in the fresh air and light training, which will help the body return to its usual rhythm faster.
