Azerbaijani freestyle wrestler Tunar Hasanov ended his performance in the quarterfinals of the U-17 World Championship being held in Baku.

As Report informs, the Azerbaijani athlete (45 kg) lost to Georgia's representative Luka Dotiashvili with a score of 4:5.

Earlier, in the round of 16, Hasanov defeated Bulgarian wrestler Radoslav Velikov with a score of 4:1.

As Report informs, the athlete competing in the up to 45 kg weight category defeated Bulgaria's Radoslav Velikov with a score of 4:1 in the round of 16 and advanced to the quarterfinals.

The World Championship is being held at the National Gymnastics Arena. Around 700 young wrestlers from more than 60 countries are participating in the competition. Azerbaijan is represented by 29 wrestlers.
