The calendar includes global forums, world championships, and flagship events such as Formula 1.
Local authorities report that women now make up about 40% of athletes in major competitions. Along with elite sports, Azerbaijan is expanding youth engagement, social integration, and volunteer programs, strengthening Baku's reputation as a reliable international sports partner.
