Mahir Emreli is out for three months due to injury
Azerbaijani striker Mahir Emreli, who plays for the German club "Kaiserslautern" in the second Bundesliga, was injured in a home match against "Hertha".
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the club's press service, the footballer's injury turned out to be serious, and he will be out for about three months.
Emreli entered the field in the 63rd minute of the match, immediately after the opening goal. This match was his first after a long break - the striker's last game for the club took place in the third round at the end of August.
In the 77th minute, the footballer was injured and was replaced by Richmond Tachi a minute later.
Currently, "Kaiserslautern" occupies 7th place in the second Bundesliga standings, with 20 points.
