Fidan Babayeva lost to her opponent from Kazakhstan at the U-17 World Championship in Baku

Azerbaijani athlete Fidan Babayeva began her performance at the U-17 World Championship in Baku with a defeat.

In the weight category up to 61 kg, Babayeva lost to Kazakhstan's representative Aruzhan Bakytnur with a score of 2:11.

The World Championship is being held at the National Gymnastics Arena. Around 700 young wrestlers from more than 60 countries are participating in the competition. Azerbaijan is represented by 29 athletes.
