Edmond Klaus has been appointed as the technical director of AFFA

Dutch specialist Edmond Claus has been appointed as the new Technical Director of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA).

According to AFFA's press service, the appointment was announced at a regular meeting of the association's Executive Committee.

Claus has extensive experience in the development of young footballers, the creation and management of academies, education, methodology, as well as in the field of scouting.

AFFA noted that his work at the academy of the Dutch club Ajax, as well as his experience with the national teams of the Netherlands and China across various age categories, will make an important contribution to his activities in Azerbaijan.
