Two Azerbaijanis went missing in Ukraine: relatives have been searching for them for 3 months

Two citizens of Azerbaijan - Rashad Askerov Jahangir ogly and his close friend Khayam Garashov have been missing in Ukraine for three months already.
This was reported by Rashad Askerov's brother - Ruslan Askerov to the "hotline" of BAKU.WS.
According to him, relatives have not been able to get any information about both men since March of this year: "Rashad and Khayam went to Ukraine on February 26, 2025. Until March 6, we regularly kept in touch. Starting from this date, all communication with both of them was interrupted. When Rashad was leaving, his wife was pregnant, and this month they had twin girls."
According to the information, Rashad Askerov lived in Ukraine for many years. After completing his higher education in 2003, he moved to Kyiv and settled there. Being a professional judoka who took second place in the world championship, Rashad worked as a coach in Kyiv. After the start of the Russian-Ukrainian war, he returned to Azerbaijan with his family. The purpose of their last trip, during which they disappeared, was to sell a personal car that remained in Kyiv.
