The snow cover depth in Azerbaijan has reached 9 cm

According to data as of 10:00, windy and rainy weather conditions continue in most regions of the country.

It is noted that currently in some places a northwestern wind is blowing, with maximum speeds reaching 24 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 20 m/s in Neftchala and Shamkir, 18 m/s in Naftalan, and 17 m/s on Shahdag.
It is snowing in mountainous areas, with snow cover reaching 9 cm on Shahdag, 5 cm in Gakh (Sarybash), 4 cm in Gusar (Laza), 3 cm in Gryze, 2 cm in Khynalyg, and 1 cm in Dashkesan and Khaltan.
The amount of precipitation is 72 mm in Zagatala, 50 mm in Balaken, 40 mm in Sheki, 25 mm in Shamkir, 24 mm in Tovuz, 21 mm in Gedabey, 18 mm in Ganja, 17 mm in Oguz, 15 mm in Goygol and Gabala, 8 mm in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 5 mm in Guba, Sabirabad, Lerik, Gobustan and Shahbuz, 4 mm in Agstafa, Yardymly and Lankaran, 3 mm in Mingachevir, Beylagan, Goranboy, Jafarkhan, Jeyranchel and Sharur, 2 mm in Terter, Imishli, Sadarak and Julfa, 1 mm in Yevlakh, Goychay, Kurdamir, Agdam, Shusha, Lachin, Khojaly, Fuzuli, Kelbajar, Astara, Naftalan, Shabran, Ordubad and Nakhchivan.
The minimum air temperature was recorded at up to 6 degrees Celsius above zero in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, up to 7 degrees above zero in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, up to 8 degrees above zero in the lowland areas, and down to 7 degrees below zero in the mountainous regions.
