Rental apartment prices have significantly increased in Baku

In Baku, there is a noticeable increase in housing rental prices, especially in the central districts of the city. According to realtors, the price increase has most affected the Narimanov, Nasimi, Khatai, and Yasamal districts - here rental rates have increased by approximately 20% over the past month.
As reported by Milli.az, apartments that were previously rented for 400 manats are now offered at a price of 500 manats. Apartments in new buildings are in the highest demand. The quality of renovation also has a significant impact on the price.
Real estate expert Ramil Gasymzade explained that the increase in rental prices was predictable, and in the near future, according to him, no decrease is expected - on the contrary, the upward trend is likely to continue.
Today, the rental cost of one-bedroom apartments starts from 400 manats, two-bedroom apartments from 500, and three-bedroom apartments from 600 manats. Previously, these figures were at the level of 300, 400, and 500 manats, respectively.
