Property prices have sharply increased in a Baku settlement – THE REASON

Real estate in the village of Mohammadi in the Absheron district has noticeably increased in price recently. The main reason for the price increase was the new Beyukshor-Pirshagi highway, laid in close proximity to the settlement.
According to real estate expert Elnur Azadov, areas with developed infrastructure traditionally enjoy increased demand, which inevitably leads to higher housing prices.
"Real estate prices have also changed in other settlements of the Absheron district located near the new highway - Balakhany, Zabrat, Digyakh. However, in the village of Mohammadi, this growth was the most significant," the expert noted.
He also emphasized the increase in the number of broker houses in Mohammadi, linking this to the rise in prices. According to him, intermediaries working in this village can now earn significantly more than in other areas.
