Police detained 10 motorcyclists who disturbed the night peace in Khyrdalan

During special operations, 10 motorcyclists were detained for grossly violating traffic rules and creating excessive noise on streets and avenues, causing justified discontent among residents.
According to BAKU.WS, during technical inspection, it was revealed that on many vehicles, drivers intentionally modified mufflers to increase noise.
In addition, 12 people were held administratively liable for illegal structural modifications to cars, 2 drivers for driving under the influence, and 4 people for driving without a license.
Police officers also recorded 14 cases of noise violations in residential areas, 6 instances of littering in unauthorized places, and 12 other offenses. Appropriate measures were taken against all violators.
