Number of watermelon poisoning cases increases in Azerbaijan

In recent days, there has been an increase in cases of watermelon poisoning in Azerbaijan.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to ATV, four people were hospitalized with a diagnosis of poisoning over the past month.

Specialists note that watermelon poisoning is considered one of the most dangerous types of food poisoning. The cause is fertilizers and chemicals used in growing the product.

This is why people are afraid to buy watermelons, especially during the off-season period.
