Large-scale demolition of buildings begins in Baku: which districts will be affected

Buildings unfit for use will be demolished in the Binagadi district of Baku. The preparation of design and estimate documentation for these purposes has already begun.

According to information received by BAKU.WS, the demolition work will cover buildings deemed unfit for use, located at the following addresses: Binagadi district, Demiryol Street, building 19 and Aga Neymatulla Street, building 13.

The Executive Authority of the Binagadi district also confirmed to BAKU.WS information about the upcoming demolition work in the specified areas.

It should be noted that the date for the start of demolition work has not yet been announced. However, residents will be offered compensation to leave their emergency homes.
