In Baku, a "parking attendant" was arrested for disobeying police

In Baku, a "parking attendant" who violated public order was brought to administrative responsibility.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Qafqazinfo, the incident occurred on April 7 on Nakhchyvansky Street in the Nizami district of the capital.
Police issued a warning to a citizen who was illegally engaged in parking activities in the area. The man stated that he would not leave his occupied spot, created a disturbance, and inflicted injuries on himself.
For violating the rules of conduct in a public place, he was detained and taken to the 24th police station of the Nizami District Police Department.
Law enforcement officers established the identity of the detainee. He turned out to be S.Yusifov (born 1986), a native of the village of Sygyrly in the Kurdamir district. A protocol was drawn up against the violator under Articles 510 (minor hooliganism) and 535 (malicious disobedience to a lawful demand of a police officer or military serviceman) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
By decision of the Nizami District Court, the man was arrested for 10 days.
