Details of the criminal case of 23-year-old Huseyn, who killed his wife of the same age, Ayshan, by throwing her bound from the 8th floor, have been revealed. Before committing the horrific murder, Huseyn cut his wife's hair, beat her, and recorded it on his phone.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to musavat.com, Huseyn Kyazymov killed his wife Ayshan, who was in a helpless state.

The young man was found guilty of intentionally murdering a person known to him to be helpless with particular cruelty and sentenced to 16 years and 6 months of imprisonment.

In his testimony, Huseyn stated that he committed the murder because of infidelity. According to him, he and Ayshan had been living together as husband and wife for several months. Huseyn knew that Ayshan was pregnant, at 4 months. Since Ayshan was studying at university, she wanted to have an abortion. Huseyn agreed with this.

A few months after the abortion, after consulting a doctor, the young man learned that he had health problems and if he didn't get treatment, he wouldn't be able to have children. After this, he began to question how Ayshan could have become pregnant. Because of this, he beat the girl and asked if she had cheated on him. Ayshan assured him that she hadn't.

According to Huseyn's testimony, after some time he found out that Ayshan was secretly leaving the house. Blinded by jealousy, Huseyn tortured the girl, demanding she confess to infidelity. After tying Ayshan's hands with tape, the young man cut off her hair. Saying "today is the last day," Huseyn made it clear that he would kill her. He recorded his wife's "confession" on video, which she possibly made under fear of death. First of all, Huseyn, who was pursuing the goal of justifying himself, sent this video to his mother.

During the investigation, Huseyn admitted that he threw Ayshan from the building with her hands tied. However, in court, he said that Ayshan allegedly jumped out of the window herself.

"When I was recording the video, she said she wouldn't be able to look her relatives in the eye. She begged me not to share this recording. Then she asked for water. I went to get water. When I returned, I saw that she had thrown herself down. I went down to the yard and looked at her. Then I returned home," - according to Huseyn's court testimony.

During the investigation, it was discovered that Ayshan was alive after falling from the building. She saw that Huseyn approached her and asked for help. Huseyn used scissors that were in his hands to cut the tape on Ayshan's hand and went home. The girl's fall from the building was also captured by cameras of a store located in the area.

From the testimony of Ayshan's mother, it became known that her daughter was
