In Azerbaijan, an official was severely beaten for taking a bribe?

Earlier, the director of the Socio-Economic College at Azerbaijan State Economic University (UNEC) Shahriyar Lachinov was beaten.

As BAKU.WS reports with reference to yenisabah.az, this was announced by the college history teacher Galandar Mukhtarli.

He made serious accusations against the head of the educational institution.

According to him, S. Lachinov never attends classes, and the college has been turned into an "exemplary educational institution that is financed through fines."

The teacher also stated that the director forced a final-year student to pay 1,450 manats for two unsatisfactory grades.

G. Mukhtarli added that there were about a thousand such cases in one semester. As a result, people, tired of what was happening, beat up the head of the educational institution.
