Professor Rakhilya Gulieva, a teacher at Baku Slavic University, has passed away.
As reported by BAKU.WS, R.Gulieva was a Doctor of Philological Sciences, a professor at the Department of Literary Theory, and the chairperson of the dissertation council at the university.
