In Tovuz district, a doctor died from carbon monoxide poisoning.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Oxu.Az, Kamalya Amrakhova (born 1983) came from Baku to visit her cousin during the holiday break.
Note that she worked as a pediatrician in one of the capital's hospitals.
