Azerbaijan's Population Numbers Released

The population of Azerbaijan in 2024 increased by 44,119 people or by 0.4 percent.

As of January 1, 2025, the population in Azerbaijan reached 10 million 224 thousand 889 people.

According to the data, 54.4 percent of the population are urban residents, 45.6 percent are rural residents.

In Azerbaijan, 49.8 percent of the population are men, and 50.2 percent are women.
