A new rule regarding free medicines will be introduced in Azerbaijan.

According to Baku.ws, citing APA, this was announced by Sharafat Ismailova, acting chairman of the Board of the Center for Accreditation and Quality Control of Medical Institutions of the Ministry of Health, during a meeting of the Milli Majlis Health Committee on the topic "Primary medical services: Current situation, work done, problems and solutions."

According to her, free medicines will be delivered to people at home or by pharmacists: "People who need free medicines and live in regions and villages are forced to travel to the district center. These people already have health problems."
