ATTENTION to those wishing to purchase housing in Baku

In the Binagadi district of Baku, 213 new apartments will be leased with subsequent purchase option.

As Report informs, the housing is provided within the framework of the rent-to-own mechanism implemented by the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund.

One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are located in a residential complex on Jafar Khandan Street. The minimum monthly payment is 954 manats.

The complex is built using high-quality construction materials, equipped with electricity, gas and water, has a well-maintained courtyard area, children's playgrounds, sports zones and underground parking. Nearby are a kindergarten, school, bus stop and "Darnagyul" metro station.

The selection of apartments will become available from April 8, 2025. Applications can be submitted through the Electronic Mortgage and Credit Guarantee System, integrated with the e-gov.az portal.
