Driver who committed auto-hooliganism actions and published them on social media has been detained.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the information came from the Main Department of Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Road patrol service officers gathered evidence that the driver of a "VAZ 2107" vehicle, Mahir Namik oglu Mammadli, grossly violated public order by committing auto-hooliganism actions on the Alyat-Astara highway.

During the investigation, it was discovered that M. Mammadli was driving without a driver's license, and he recorded his dangerous maneuvers on video and distributed them on social media. His actions posed a serious threat to the life and health of other road users.

The collected materials were presented to the court, and by court decision, Mahir Mammadli was deprived of his right to drive vehicles for a period of 1 year, and was also subjected to administrative arrest for 15 days.

The Main Department of Traffic Police once again urges drivers: compliance with traffic rules is not only a legal requirement but also an indicator of the value of human life. Behavior that goes beyond the rules creates danger and entails legal responsibility.

Let's not forget that road safety is everyone's responsibility!
