44-year-old man sentenced for indecent behavior towards a 10-year-old girl

Rasim (conditional name) committed indecent acts against his 10-year-old relative.

He showed her videos on his phone. After that, he made indecent proposals to the child. Frightened, the girl ran home.

Based on the complaint of the girl's parents, Rasim was detained and held accountable.

During the court investigation, Rasim apologized for what happened. Although he gave a confession during the investigation, he did not plead guilty in court. The parents of the minor forgave Rasim.

According to the verdict, Rasim was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment.
