Emin Agalarov closed his restaurants in Moscow

Emin Agalarov's restaurants Forte Bello, Zafferano, and "Edoko" have ceased operations in Moscow's "Aviapark" shopping center. The reason was AgalarovRest company's decision to focus on developing independent projects.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to TASS, this was announced by the press service of Agalarov Development.
Earlier, information about the closure of these establishments in "Aviapark" had already appeared in Telegram channels.
"As part of AgalarovRest's current strategy, the company is shifting its focus from restaurants in shopping centers to independent projects," explained Agalarov Development.
Evgenia Khakberdieva, Regional Director of the Retail Real Estate Department at NF Group, noted that Emin Agalarov's restaurants closed not only in "Aviapark" but also in other locations. According to her, the main reason is related to the declining effectiveness of the establishments. "These restaurants operated in the medium and above-medium segments, where guests expect regular updates to concepts, service, and menu. However, this hasn't happened in recent years, so the projects naturally came to an end, although they existed longer than many competitors," Khakberdieva said in a conversation with TASS.
