Elnara Khalilova: True quality in art is determined by the people, not by paid views on YouTube
Singer Elnara Khalilova was a guest on the new episode of the Qapqara program on Baku TV.
During the show, the performer stated that she does not consider herself a show business artist, but sees herself exclusively as a cultural worker.
According to the singer, true quality in art is determined by the people, while ratings only reflect the number of views.
"It's similar to views that are accumulated through advertising on YouTube. We all understand that such numbers cannot be considered an indicator of genuine popularity. Some artists boast about 'millions of views,' when in reality they are bought with money. Therefore, ratings can never serve as a measure of true quality in art," E. Khalilova added.
