Businessman Emin Agalarov has exited the energy drink business

Businessman Emin Agalarov and his partners have withdrawn from the founders of LLC "Uni Pak," which produces non-alcoholic beverages. As of October 13, Egor Kulikov became the owner of the company, reports "Vedomosti" citing data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) of Russia.
Agalarov's representative noted that negotiations about the sale had been ongoing for a long time. According to him, the entrepreneur decided to dispose of the asset because it was not related to his main business directions. Investment banker Ilya Shumov estimated the value of 100% of the company's shares at 500-700 million rubles.
LLC "Uni Pak" was founded by Emin Agalarov in May 2022 at the address of the "Spaso-Borodinskie Vody" plant. The main activity of the enterprise is the production of non-alcoholic beverages. According to USRLE data, in October of the same year, citizens of Azerbaijan - Khayal Abbaszade, Fuad Aliyev, and Nail Agaev - each received 25% of the company's shares. In May 2023, "Uni Pak" filed an application to register the trademark Berg, under which energy drinks are produced in Azerbaijan.
