Silk Way Technics: 20 Years of Professional Excellence Behind the Scenes
Silk Way Technics, an aircraft maintenance organization and a subsidiary of Silk Way West Airlines, celebrates the 20th anniversary of its operations. Founded in 2006, the company has consistently expanded its technical capabilities and infrastructure, strengthening its position in the field of aircraft maintenance in the Caucasus region.
A significant milestone in its development was obtaining the EASA Part-145 certificate in 2010, which enabled a substantial expansion of its service portfolio and the commencement of maintenance services for Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, and Gulfstream aircraft types. Since then, Silk Way Technics has continued to build its operational capabilities while strictly adhering to international aviation standards and best industry practices.
Today, the company performs line and base maintenance for the Silk Way West Airlines fleet, as well as provides services to a wide range of national and international operators. The company's clients include Azerbaijan Airlines and ASG Business Aviation, as well as leading global airlines such as Air Astana, Air Belgium, Israir Airlines, Jazeera Airways, Kuwait Airways, Pegasus Airlines, Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, Uzbekistan Airways, and Wizz Air Hungary, which demonstrates the high level of trust in Silk Way Technics' technical expertise and operational standards.
"This anniversary reflects the development of our technical capabilities and the dedication of our team over the past two decades," noted Silk Way Technics CEO Emin Safarov. "We remain focused on maintaining international standards and delivering high-quality services to our partners."
