The territory of Balakhani Industrial Park is expanding in Azerbaijan

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order "On expanding the territory of the Balakhani Industrial Park".

As reported by BAKU.WS, the document states:

"Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:

1. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

1.1. in order to expand the territory of the Balakhani Industrial Park, within three months, take measures to transfer for use to the Open Joint Stock Company "Tamiz Shahar" with the right to lease a land plot with an area of 18.415 hectares, located in the settlement of Balakhani in the Sabunchi district of Baku city and currently used by the Baku Solid Waste Incineration Plant, and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

1.2. resolve other issues arising from this order.

2. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Executive Authority of Baku city, and the Azerbaijan Investment Holding shall take necessary measures to resolve issues arising from this order".
