The CICA highly praised the active role of Azerbaijan as the chair of the organization

The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) noted the active role of Azerbaijan as the chair of the organization.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, this was stated in a CICA publication on the social network "X".

In the statement, the Secretariat congratulated Azerbaijan on Independence Day and expressed sincere wishes of peace, prosperity, and well-being to the people of the country.

"We highly appreciate the active and forward-looking role of Azerbaijan as the Chair of CICA. Under Azerbaijan's chairmanship, vigorous efforts continue toward institutional development and preparation for the upcoming CICA Summit in Baku, which play an important role in strengthening confidence, partnership, and cooperation in the region," the statement said.
