The Ambassador of Azerbaijan was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry

Azerbaijan's Ambassador Rahman Mustafayev has been summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry in connection with "unfriendly actions by Baku and illegal detention of Russian journalists."

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to TASS, this was announced by the Russian foreign policy department.

"In connection with unfriendly actions by Baku and illegal detention of Russian journalists, against whom the Azerbaijani authorities had no claims all these years, the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been summoned to the Foreign Ministry," the ministry indicated.
