Presidents of Russia, Belarus and Tajikistan called Ilham Aliyev
On March 15, the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, and the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, who were holding an informal meeting in Moscow, called the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
