As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev during a meeting with the residents of the city of Zangilan.
"Continuing his policy, we are here today, in Zangilan. We drove the enemy out of our lands and restored our territorial integrity. And before that, we built a strong economy, a strong army, strengthened patriotic trends in society, and effectively managed to bring Azerbaijan out of international isolation," the head of state emphasized.
