President of Azerbaijan and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan visited Sea Breeze

On July 16, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the Sea Breeze recreation center.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to AZERTAG, the founder of Sea Breeze Emin Agalarov informed our head of state and the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan about the projects being implemented and planned for the upcoming period on the territory of the resort located on the Caspian Sea coast.

This recreation center is just 30 minutes away from the capital. Combining a large number of real estate objects of various formats in one territory, Sea Breeze is considered a unique project of global scale. To date, more than 3 million square meters of residential and commercial real estate projects have been commissioned here, and over 500 real estate objects have been built. In addition, there are plans to create a unique artificial peninsula in the shape of a crescent with a total area of 50 hectares.

Sea Breeze is already home to 20,000 people. By 2028, their number will exceed 50,000. Overall, after the full implementation of the project, 500,000 people will live here.

To create comfortable conditions for residents and guests in Sea Breeze, as well as to effectively organize their leisure, the necessary infrastructure has been created. Thus, more than 150 hectares have already been allocated for recreation areas, parks and beaches, a school, kindergarten, and hospital have been built, about 10 million plants and trees have been planted, resulting in a total green area of 300 hectares. The main projects of Sea Breeze, which now occupies an area of 500 hectares, are located on the shoreline.

Currently, 6,560 people are employed in the Sea Breeze territory, and this figure is planned to be significantly increased in the future. The total investment in the project has already reached 3 billion dollars. In the next five years, it is planned to attract investments of over 10 billion dollars.
