Azerbaijan has invested in the creation of physical infrastructure, seaports, roads, as well as cargo transportation by rail and air. Undoubtedly, to become a regional transport hub, it is necessary to maintain good relations with neighbors.

As reported by AZERTAG, President Ilham Aliyev stated this in Munich during a panel discussion on the topic "Open Corridors Policy? Deepening Trans-Caspian Cooperation".

"Thus, Azerbaijan maintains good relations with both the West and the East. Azerbaijan's geographical location is such that our country is situated between Asia and Europe, which is an advantage. However, without the appropriate physical infrastructure, this advantage means nothing," the head of state noted.
