President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on ensuring the activities of the Open Joint Stock Company "Azerenerji".
This was reported by AZERTAJ.
According to the decree, the powers of the general meeting have been distributed in the joint stock company and a board has been established.
The exercise of the powers of the general meeting in the Open Joint Stock Company "Azerenerji" has been entrusted to the President, the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
