President Ilham Aliyev received the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel
On January 26, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel Gideon Saar.
As reported by AZERTAG, during the conversation, the meeting between the presidents of Azerbaijan and Israel that took place a few days ago in Davos was noted with satisfaction, during which issues related to the bilateral agenda were discussed.
The successful development of relations between our countries in various areas, including trade and economic, energy, tourism and other fields was emphasized, cooperation in agriculture, water resource management, high technologies, as well as artificial intelligence was noted, and the contribution of mutual visits and contacts at various levels to deepening cooperation was mentioned.
The role of the intergovernmental commission was also noted, and it was emphasized that another meeting of the commission was recently held.
Gideon Saar informed that during the visit he is accompanied by representatives of major businesses and business circles, and emphasized that the upcoming Azerbaijan-Israel business forum within the framework of the visit will contribute to the development of trade and economic relations between the two countries. He thanked President Ilham Aliyev for the care of the Jewish community in Azerbaijan at the state level.
During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on other issues of mutual interest.
