Officials of Azerbaijan and Russia visited the city of Zangilan

Participants of the 24th session of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation arrived in the city of Zangilan.

As reported by BAKU.WS, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan districts Vahid Hajiyev provided the delegations of both sides with detailed information about the city of Zangilan.

It was noted that significant reconstruction work has already been carried out in Zangilan. The foundations of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th residential complexes, as well as a kindergarten, have been laid in the city. The opening of the Zangilan Congress Center complex took place. The "Jahangirbeyali" hydroelectric power station, built on a section of the Okhchuchay River passing through the district's territory, has been commissioned. The Zangilan city mosque was built by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. A State Services Center has been established in the village square.

The participants of the event personally familiarized themselves with the work carried out.
