Nephew of one of the detainees in Yekaterinburg: My uncle has fluid in his lungs, broken ribs

The nephew of Aziz Abbasov, who was detained by Russian security forces in Yekaterinburg - Emin Abbasov, said that his uncle is in extremely serious condition.
In a conversation with a Report correspondent, the man noted that during the raid his uncle's ribs were broken, and after that he was under police supervision for several days.
"They didn't provide him with any help. His condition is serious. Painkillers were administered only at our expense. He has fluid accumulated in his lungs, broken ribs," said Abbasov.
It should be noted that the Abbasov family is from the village of Zakhmatabad in the Bilasuvar district of Azerbaijan and has been living in Russia for about 40 years.
Recall that on the morning of June 27, the Russian FSB raided the homes of Azerbaijanis in Yekaterinburg. During the raid, two people were killed and several others were injured. The killed Azerbaijanis are brothers of the well-known journalist Seyfaddin Huseynli.
On June 28, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan issued a statement demanding an investigation and holding accountable those responsible for this unacceptable act of violence. Later, the Russian Chargé d'Affaires was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was expressed a sharp protest in connection with the incident.
