Azerbaijan's Presidential Representative on Climate Issues Mukhtar Babayev stated this to Report.

"Many decisions were made at COP29. We strive to demand from all countries to ensure the implementation of decisions made both at COP29 and at other COPs. There are serious problems related to this.
