Is the Russian Cultural Center in Baku violating the law?

The Russian Cultural Center operating in the capital of Azerbaijan has violated the requirements of the legislation.

This is stated in a report by Baku TV.

It is noted that, according to local legislation, inscriptions on identification plates in a foreign language must be made in a smaller font compared to inscriptions in the Azerbaijani language.

However, this order is not being observed by the Russian Cultural Center.
