Ilham Aliyev: This year, the return to the villages of Kengerli and Khydyrly is planned

This is already the 13th settlement to which former displaced persons are returning. Such conditions will be created for all displaced persons in the future.

As reported by BAKU.WS, President Ilham Aliyev said this in his speech during a meeting with residents who moved into new apartments in the village of Saryjaly in the Aghdam district.

"The first settlement after the liberation of the Aghdam district from occupation is being made available to former displaced persons. But this year, Aghdam residents will return to other villages as well. This year, returns to the villages of Kengerli and Khydyrly are planned, and construction work is underway in other villages. Naturally, the city of Aghdam is being rebuilt from scratch, reconstructed, and it will become one of the most beautiful cities in our country," said the head of state.
