As reported by AZERTAC, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev stated this on January 5 in an interview with local TV channels.

Emphasizing that for our overall development, every person, especially officials, must work wholeheartedly, the head of state said: "Especially after such a grand and historic Victory, there is now such a good mood in society. For the past five years, we have all lived as proud and happy people. Therefore, we all must be intolerant of problems in society, of officials' arbitrary actions toward personnel, with me at the forefront, all must be intolerant."
