President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has been awarded the title of Honorary Doctor of the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
As reported by the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan, the university's rector Oleksii Dniprov visited the ministry as part of a delegation's visit to Azerbaijan to participate in the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku.
During the meeting, Dniprov stated that by the decision of the university's Academic Council, the President of Azerbaijan was awarded the title of Honorary Doctor.
