Ilham Aliyev congratulated the President of Lithuania

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda.

As reported by Baku.ws, the message states:

"Dear Mr. President,

On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend to you and your people the most sincere congratulations on the occasion of your country's national holiday.

The friendly ties and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Lithuania, which this year will mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, have good traditions. I believe that we will continue our joint efforts to strengthen interstate relations and expand cooperation in the interests of our peoples.

On this significant day, I extend my best wishes to you and wish the Lithuanian people constant well-being and prosperity."
