Although Azerbaijan is located in the South Caucasus, today, thanks to active interaction, Central Asia and Azerbaijan are already a single geopolitical and geoeconomic region, whose significance in the world is steadily growing.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev, speaking at the 7th Consultative Meeting of the Heads of Central Asian States in Tashkent.

"We successfully interact within various international organizations, support each other's initiatives, and develop common approaches to solving global and regional issues," emphasized the head of state.
